League play
Can I play with another group, 2v2?
Yes, you can play with another team in the same flight.
The TrackMan glitched out during our round. What should we do?
We do apologize if any technical difficulties occur. In most cases, you can restart the software by pressing the window key and closing the software on the toolbar and reloading it. You can then resume round once you're logged back in. If this happens, give us a call and we can give you more time (if available) or have you finish the holes in another bay. We can always modify the score in the back-end to reflect your round score.
How much time do we need to finish?
We recommend 1.5 hours to finish a 2-person scramble.
We can't make it one week, do we have to forfeit?
Nope - so you can play the following week ahead of the week to submit a score. If you missed a week, we will allow you to play the round after (only one time) to ensure you can collect the order of merit.
What happens if teams tie the best score?
Trackman leagues have their set rules. It will select the winner based on better back 9 performance. During playoffs, we will set tiebreaker rounds to ensure there is a clear winner.
Our flight is too competitive, can we move down a flight?
Although we would love for every team to be at the top of their flight, we do our best to judge flights based on various factors such as handicaps, birdies from previous performance, and distance off the tee. The main goal is to combine teams as best as possible who have a chance to compete every week. If it's clear that you belong in a different flight, we will move you after week 1 and give you a chance to play the previous week. Please note, we will move you back up a flight if you do happen to belong in the higher flight.
What if we have no chance of making the playoffs?
Every week offers a chance to win prizes. Keep competing to improve your scramble game, even if the playoffs are out of reach.
TrackMan help
The software froze. How do we restart it?
If this happens, treat it as any software/window when using a computer to restart the program. On the keyboard, select the “Windows” key to bring up the program bar and right-click the Trackman software to close it. Re-open by selecting the orange TPS icon to reboot the software.
How do we recalibrate?
Go to the menu section and in the top right corner there is a “calibrate” button. Select auto-target and it will recalibrate for you!
