General

How do I extend my time?

In most cases, you will likely not want to leave - however, the system is automated to shut off if there is no booking. In order to keep playing, book on Skedda within 10 minutes of expiring.

Do you have rental clubs?

We recommend guests to bring their own sets. We do have used clubs available onsite in case you don't have any clubs to hit!

I didn't receive my access code.

Please contact support@paceofplaygolf.ca and we'll resend the access code.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancellation period is up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking, at which point all bookings are final and no refunds are permitted. No refunds for no-shows. Please follow the below instructions to ensure your cancellation request is processed. Requests with missing information will not be processed.

Do you serve alcohol and food?

No alcohol is permitted - we are currently not licensed. Food and non-alcoholic beverage is allowed. We just ask guests to please clean up after themselves.

Do you have staff?

No, we are an un-manned facility but are accessible 24/7 via phone and e-mail. Our staff is in and out quite often, so we can help support you in-person or over the phone.

Can I bring children?

Yes! There are plenty of fun games for all ages, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Trackman

The software froze?

If this happens, treat it as any software/window when using a computer to restart the program.

On the keyboard, select the “window” key to bring up the program bar and right click the Trackman software to close it.

Re-open by selecting the orange TPS icon to reboot the software.

How do I recalibrate?

Go to the menu section and in the top right corner there is a “calibrate” button. Select auto-target and it will recalibrate for you!

How do I get the shot tracer on shot analysis?

The top two sections have the option in the top right corner to adjust the views for the driving range.

The four squares will open up different options including “tracer”. You can expand that to make it full screen.

My session started but the projector is off?

Please contact us. If the projector is blinking red, you can use a club to press the power button underneath the projector.
